Refund Policy.
Damaged Goods:
We understand that ceramics can be fragile, especially whilst being shipped around the country. We look to wrap all packages securely to prevent any damages during the delivery process.
If any damage has occurred during transportation, we advise you to take a photo as evidence in the original packaging as soon as it has been opened. This ensures we can cover your order with the courier and complete your refund request. We do not provide refunds for products that were damaged after they have arrived.
Goods damaged during transportation must be reported within the first 48 hours of your parcel arriving, this can be done through our Contact page using the subject line ‘Damaged’.
Unwanted Goods:
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund, please fill out the Contact page form using the subject line ‘Refund’ to begin a refund request.
All orders must be returned in its original, unused condition and packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of shipping to return items. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
Refunds will aim to be processed within 14 days of the items return and following an inspection of its condition. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Exchange Policy.
As every piece is handcrafted it should be expected that there will be slight variation between your order and the display photos, if you are unhappy with your order exchanges to other glazes can be made. All exchanges are dependent on the availability of stock.

We are not responsible for the delivery process and cost of exchanging a product. Any item damaged during the return delivery process will no longer be eligible to be exchanged.
